Ak betik a renguk er kemiu!
So I have been reading everyone’s emails lately and they are all so awesome!
This week was pretty good on Monday we got to play ultimate Frisbee which was the best! you all know how much I LOVE Frisbee! it is pretty much the best sport in the world!
We also met these super awesome Taiwanese People who speak NO English and I LOVE teaching them. Teaching people when there is a huge language barrier can be pretty challenging. It really forces you to rely on the spirit to testify, and to rely on your other talents, that our Heavenly Father has blessed you with as you try to teach.
I had to rely a lot on my ability to draw while teaching them. Instead of just talking to them and explaining the restoration I had to draw it out for them and talk to them through pictures. It was an amazing experience and the spirit was so strong. Heavenly Father has given each of us amazing talents to help others draw closer to our Savior.
I encourage you all to take a step back and to look at ALL the talents Heavenly Father has blessed you with, and to think about how you can use those talents to help others. I promise that as you do this you will find that you will touch the hearts of the people you meet in ways you never thought were possible.
Genesis is going to be baptized this Saturday on the 7th! He is so ready and excited. I love that Guy. He has changed so much since I first met him. He truly has been filled with the light of Christ and you can see how much happier he has become because of the Gospel. Watching Genesis change his life has touched my heart. It has strengthened my own testimony. I know this gospel changes lives. I know this gospel is the ONLY way to true happiness. The day I see Genesis enter into the waters of baptism is going to be a really great day.
I do not know what more to say than I love this Gospel and I am so thankful for a Mother who came in every Sunday morning to drag me to church. I am thankful for a Mom who came into my room every morning and dragged me to seminary, and always made me say a prayer with her before I left for school. I love you Mom, and thank you for being my example.
We have a new Sister Coming to Palau today which is pretty exciting!
I love you all and hope you have a great week.
Love Elder Rengul a Ngalek Rupp
