Alii… Ungil Kurismas!

I loved our video call. Wow, it was so good to SEE my family today! But, it also was super weird! I was so awkward and did not know what to say. Ha-ha

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas and found many opportunities to serve others the way Christ did!

Our Christmas was one to remember! On Christmas Eve, we went to “Ts” house and cut coconut sprouts out of the ground, with machetes, in the jungle. You know just your average day on an island! Later that night we went with our investigator “J” to a member’s YSA party. It was fun! We had some good barbeque to eat, and played some fun games with a lot of recent converts and investigators! I even got wrapped up in toilet paper and turned into a snow man at one point!

On Christmas, we had a nice program at the church, and there were 105 people who attended the meeting! So, cool! A lot of the less actives came.

We also had five investigators there. It was just the best! Later that night we got to visit our investigators and wish them each a Merry Christmas.

Then we went and saw these kids we have been teaching; “Gj”, “T” and “D”. They are preparing for baptism. After the lesson their Mom came out and served us some spaghetti. She thanked us for always coming to see her kids. We talked to her about their baptisms and she told us she wanted to be baptized too! so cool… #christmasmiracles!

I love the Christmas season and this time of year we should celebrate the birth of our Savior. I know the church is true and it has changed my life forever.

“Oh, how great the plan of our god! Shall we not go on in so great a cause?”

I love you all!
