Alii!

Hey everyone…

WOW it has been a crazy week… but a very good one!

We have a fantastic group of investigators right now. They are all progressing towards baptism extremely well.

“J”, our investigator who struggles with depression, is doing awesome! I have seen such a change in him already as he has been learning the Gospel. He really seems happier. The YSA kids are also doing an awesome job at fellowshipping him, and keeping him involved.

I know that this Gospel is a firm path to happiness, and that only through following it will we find everlasting peace in this life and in the life to come.

“G”, “A” and “D” are also doing well. They are three of the smartest kids I have ever met. They came to church again Sunday! We called their house Sunday morning and their Mom said they were still sleeping and that they could not come to church. I was bummed out. So, I went and prayed and asked God to help them come to Church because I knew how they wanted to come. After praying Elder Call and I went to church and they were there! Their Mom had gotten them up and awake, and the Masters family picked them up! I know that God answers prayers! “G”, “A” and “D” will be baptized on the 28th of this month. Their Mom says she wants to start learning more about the restored Gospel too. So, cool!

I bore my testimony in sacrament meeting on Sunday. Something that I have not really done since being on my mission, because I want to leave time for the members to share theirs.

It was cool though because this time baring my testimony felt different than before. I felt a burning. I know that I felt that burning because I finally truly believe, with my whole soul, that this is the true church of Jesus Christ. Before My mission, I did not really know that. I still had my doubts. Now I am certain that this is the true church of Jesus Christ!

We also performed some service for a returned missionary named “R” at her Grandmas house this week. it was fun! We cut the grass, then cut down a few banana trees, then trimmed some bushes. I love doing service! I have learned a lot from it too. I was thinking the other day about all the projects in the back yard at home that need to be done, and was excited to realize that I now know how to complete them ALL! So, I guess that will be something I will be doing a little under a year from now to keep myself busy… Ha-ha

I did a cool object lesson the other day about spinning a basketball on your finger and enduring to the end. It seemed to go over very well.

GOOD TIMES GOOD VIBES

LOVE YOU ALL
