Well it has been a roller coaster of a week but as always it has been a great week!

First, we kicked off the week with an exchange, and I got to hang with Elder Jenson in Airai! It was “Walking Wednesday” so, we just tried to meet some nice people… but everyone decided to wake up on the wrong side of the bed that day. Everyone we met were all really mean! Ha-ha I still love them, and I know that as we keep being diligent we will find those prepared people. No unhallowed hand shall stop the work from progressing.

The next day, we had the opportunity to do some service, and use bush cutters with blades to cut some giant bamboo in the field… It was so fun!

Friday I watched the Joseph Smith movie before bed, and I just started crying after it was over. I felt the spirit so strong and I knew he was a prophet of God.

I am so thankful that Joseph Smith was willing to seek the truth, so that we can have the true Gospel of Jesus Christ on the earth today.

If you have not seen that movie, go watch it for “family home evening”! (It is the 2005 movie done from the girl on the boats perspective.)

Saturday, the Sisters had a baptism for one of their investigators. Our investigator “S” came. She was touched by the spirit so strongly. She was crying the whole time and could not put into words what she had felt. Afterwards we had a lesson about baptism. She is very excited about her baptism! This church is true!

I know I am not perfect. I know my weaknesses’, and I am so grateful for this time God has given me here on earth to grow and change and become the man I need to be.

I love our Father in heaven and I know he loves each of us.

I love you all too!

Elder Rupp
