Hey Everyone, I hope you all have had a great week!

Well, another week has come and gone on Palau (it was full of miracles so that was awesome! Hey, I know what… Maybe I will tell you about it!) Ha-ha yeah cool!

First miracle, is that we FINALLY found a new house in Airai. It is fantastic! It is so good to be living in our area again. We really can get so much more done! The house is awesome! The only down side is that there is no hot water, and the entire house is painted BRIGHT PINK AND BLACK ha-ha-ha honestly it is so ugly… but it is the best!

Second miracle, so we have kind of been taking a break from seeing “J” recently. As I mentioned before, he just was not very committed to changing. The other night we were out teaching with “T” and he wanted to go see “J”.

(Okay this next part is just funny then I will tell you the miracle)

So we went to “J’s” house and we could see through the window that he was sleeping on his couch/bed and “T”, being the Sechal Buik that he is just walked into “J’s” house like he owned the place, crawled under “J’s” couch and scared him awake! Ha-ha-ha “J” flipped out it was so funny!

After that we had a good lesson about agency and about how if “J” really wanted to change and come unto Christ all he needed to do was make the choice and stick to it. We left “J” that night and told him to ponder about the things we had said and then to call us when he made up his mind.

Yesterday we got a call from “J” and he has decided that he knows the church is true and wants to come unto Christ. He set himself for baptism on the 8th!

He then asked us who we would be visiting that evening and asked if he could walk with us there and join the lesson. That night “J” walked with us to the “M” house and we had an awesome lesson!

I pray that “J” will stick to the decision he has made, because I know it will bless his life forever.

Third miracle, “N”! She is awesome! She has begun to live the word of wisdom. She has not chewed for three whole days. She is doing so great. She was not able to make it to church yesterday; since her kids were very sick. She is coming this Sunday and will be baptized the following weekend! She texted us the other night and said she wanted to watch the Joseph Smith movie, so we watched it with her and she loved it! She is really doing so great.

Fourth miracle, Elder Call is healthy again. YES!

Fifth miracle, “D” is another one of our investigators who we have been seeing recently who is just crazy prepared for the Gospel.

The other night during our lesson with her she was like, “Okay wait… I have a question?

“So, you are saying that through Joseph Smith the fullness of Christ’s church came back to the earth along with his gospel so we can follow it and return to live with God?”

Us “Yes”

“D” okay, that is like awesome! I am happy that I am learning about this now. But what about all the people that did not get a chance to hear about this message and they have already died?

I believe there is a heaven and a hell, but people are all so different! I feel like there should be different places in heaven where people can go based on how and what they did in this life”

….. I literally almost fell out of my chair. Ha-ha-ha

We gave her a plan of salvation pamphlet and said that we would swing by the next day and talk about it! she is SO prepared!

That is about it for this week. I know that God’s hand is in this work, and if we stay faithful and diligent we can see miracles every day.

I love doing this work with all my heart! And yes, not every week is as great as this week has been, but I enjoy every single day, whether it be good or bad, because I know it is all a part of Gods plan, and that as I stay faithful to him, and put him first in all things I will be able to enjoy the good times and have the power to endure the hard times.

This church is true brothers and sisters. Never get discouraged. God is in the details.

I love you all and hope you have a great week!

Love,

Elder Rupp
