Alii, Alii!

Wow, what a great week full fun laughs and miracles!

OH HAPPY 4TH OF JULY TO EVERYONE!  I get to celebrate the 4 of July in Guam; which is part of the USA which is pretty cool.

Okay, time to answer a few questions from my lovely mother…

How am I?

Olek Olek Ak kmal mesisiich! Sulang!  I am doing super fantastic! The work on Palau has been going extremely well! I just love our new zone so much; plus, Elder Bush is back, so how could life not be awesome! Ha-ha

How is Guam?

Guam is good and I feel FAT… #TACOBELLALLDAYEVERYDAY

Any mission traditions for your one-year mark?

No not really. We just went teaching which is the best thing in the entire world. I was actually with Elder Bush on exchanges at my one-year mark, so that was really fun! I actually got to talk to Elder Golighty my MTC companion on the phone yesterday which was cool. (He is serving on Yap.)

So this week was super awesome! “J” GOT BAPTIZED! I AM SO HAPPY! SHE HAS COME SUCH A LONG WAY AND IT WAS SO GREAT TO BE A PART OF IT! I love that family so much. the spirit at her baptism was unreal!

Mission Leadership Conference was amazing. We received some sweet training from President Zarbock. He is coming to Palau next week for zone conference. It will be exciting.

That is about it this week. So much good is happening on Palau right now, and everyone’s investigators are getting close to baptism. I am just SO HAPPY! President Zarbock told us… “that if we are not careful, we might find ourselves getting translated.” Ha-ha I love him!

I know this church is true. I know that my mission had been a huge blessing in my life and for my family. It is crazy to think it is halfway over. It goes too fast. I know this next year is going to be amazing and I am going to take advantage of every second of it. Because I only get to do this once, and I just love it so much!

The Book of Mormon is true. READ IT EVERYDAY!

I love you and hope you have a great week!

Love,

Elder Rupp
